Where should I stay?

The 2021 Pony Fair will take place on June 26th and 27th at the Double Tree Tampa Airport Hotel in Tampa, Florida.

The official hotel is the Double Tree Tampa Airport Hotel. We ask that attendees consider staying at the host hotel if possible to help us fill our contracted room block.

Does The Pony Fair offer a discounted group rate?

Yes. The Pony Fair has negotiated a discounted rate and added amenities for Fair attendees. In addition to a complimentary Tampa  International Airport shuttle , there is a complimentary shuttle that take guests within a 2 mile radius.

Which airport should I fly into?

Both Tampa International Airport and St. Pete Clearwater Airport service the Tampa area and provide options for air travel to our event.
