Pony Fair WEST 2022
Registration Options
Pony Fair visitors can expand their collections by visiting tables run by fellow collectors as well as take part in games, activities and contests. Visitors can also enjoy displayed collection items and custom creations on show during the Fair.
Guests will pick up their registration packets as well as any additional ticket package items during check in on Saturday morning. Please be sure to bring your printed ticket receipt and a photo ID to claim your registration packet. Tickets can be purchased through our Ticketbud ticketing system.

EQUESTRIA Package
This premiere package includes VIP badge line pick up, Saturday admission with early admittance to the Fair on Saturday, VIP reserved seating at all panels, a special Pony Fair figure, a special Fair exclusive reusable tote, Pony Fair T-shirt, a Fair exclusive pin and your name listed in the program as an event supporter. $250
PONYVILLE Package
General Admission
This pass will gain you entry to the Fair on Saturday. General Admission holders will receive an event wristband, event exclusive reusable tote bag, and a special Pony Fair figure . Bands must be worn at all times during the event. Attendees ages 13 and up are required to purchase a General Admission Pass. $60
This package includes General Admission to the Fair on Saturday, a special Fair exclusive reusable tote bag, a Pony Fair T-shirt, a Fair Exclusive pin, and a special Pony Fair figure. Price $100
Children's General Admission
This children's Admission pass is for children ages 4-12. Registered Children’s General Admission Pass holders will receive their event wristband upon check in at the door. All children must be accompanies by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 4, do not need to register. $10
Vendor Booth
Senior Admission
For Seniors Age 65 and Over. Includes weekend admission to the event. $20
A Vendor booth MUST be purchased in conjunction with an adult ticketing option. Purchasing a Vendor Booth does NOT include admission to the Fair. Purchasing a Vendor Booth is an add-on option to an adult ticket. Attendees may purchase multiple vendor booths. Multiple vendor booths purchased by the same individual will be placed together on the convention floor. Vendors should visit the Vendor Marketplace for additional Vendor Booth Information. Vendors must comply to vendor guidelines outlined on the official MLP Fair website. Price $60
