Vendor Booth Guidelines

 

MY LITTLE PONY related items. 80s toys or other things that may be of interest to MY LITTLE PONY fans and girl toy line toy collectors can also be included. At least 75% of the items displayed should be MY LITTLE PONY related items or nostalgic girl's toys from the 80s and 90s.

 

Bootleg videos and recordings are prohibited as are weapons of any kind and anything (art/materials/customs) that is not rated PG. This is a family friendly event and children will be present. 

 

Persons reserving vendor tables will be contacted via email by Fair organizers for a brief description of items that will be available at their booth (Ex: G1, G2, G3, or G4 toys, housewares, clothing, artwork, etc.) Tables may be used to showcase products or artist work.

Vendor tables measure 6 x2 ft and include 2 chairs. You are also able to use space directly in front of your table as long as it doesn't obstruct the walkways.

 

Vendors will be admitted Saturday morning at 7:00 am for set up. Vendors are responsible for loading in their own items. Some bell carts may be available to use during load in, but it is recommended that Vendors consider bringing their own personal small carts to avoid waiting for available carts. If venue staff assists you with bringing in items, please remember to tip them for their assistance. Vendors are responsible for monitoring their own tables and items. Please do not leave your area and items unattended.  Lost or stolen merchandise is not the responsibility of the Pony Fair or the venue.  

 

Vendor items must be removed from the venue on Saturday as the room will be cleared and locked by venue and Fair staff promptly at 7:00 pm. Vendors will be permitted to remain in the space until 7:00 PM on Saturday to tear down.

 

All Vendor reservations are subject to approval by Fair Staff and may be denied if it is determined that the Vendor is not in good standing within the Collecting Community or has previously not fulfilled their obligation to be a past Pony Fair Vendor (cancelled at the last minute without explanation.) All Vendors will be required to submit a signed Vendor agreement prior to the event.

Once you have reserved a vendor booth, you must submit a quick vendor form through Google Docs so we can assign you a place on the vendor floor. We must have this information on file prior to the event. Please fill out the VENDOR FORM here.
