In recent years Pony Fair has grown by leaps and bounds!  While our core staff takes care of the day to day operations of the Fair, we welcome volunteers to help out during the actual event and the weeks leading up to the Fair.

 

The Pony Fair appreciates the efforts of volunteer staff that contribute their time and talents to make our event exceptional. As a thank you for the hard work our volunteer staff do to run the convention, the Pony Fair provides all volunteer staff with a free collectible trading pin.

 

For positions whose main responsibilities and roles will be performed during the convention, volunteer staff members will be required to actively contribute to the convention for at least 3 scheduled hours during the event weekend. Time may be in any configuration across any of the days of the convention. Time spent assisting with setup the day before and day of, as well as cleanup, will count toward volunteer hours as well. Those contributing over 6 scheduled hours over the weekend of the event, will receive a complementary weekend event badge.
